Location: Avon United, 17 Prince Street, Hantsport

Short Description of event: Many cultures and traditions mark special times of year for honouring those who have died, particularly around the end of October and beginning of November. Name of Event: What Remains: Art Installation & Dance Performance

Date and Time: Sunday, November 1st, 8pm (following A Night for All Souls)

Location: Avon United, 17 Prince Street, Hantsport

Presented by: Infinity Studio

Short Description of event: What Remains is an outdoor, participatory art installation and movement performance exploring loss, remembrance, and our connection to one another and the living world.

As people arrive for A Night for All Souls, they are invited to offer a word or reflection about something they have lost, are grieving, or wish to honour. These reflections will become part of a collective installation.

At 8pm, the installation comes alive through improvised movement and sound. Rooted in authentic movement, the performance responds to the shared space and what emerges in the moment.

What Remains is an invitation to witness, remember, and honour what lives within us and between us.

Name of Event: The Steady Place: Sound Immersion and Guided Meditation

Date and Time: Wednesday, November 4th, 6:30-8:30pm

Location: Avon United, 17 Prince Street, Hantsport

Presented by: Pamela Lockhart, Bless Your Path

Cost: $20, Bursaries available

How to Register: Contact Pamela Lockhart at  [email protected] , blessyourpath.com

Short Description of event: Grief, loss, change, and uncertainty can leave us feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of how to move forward. But even in the midst of life's difficulties, there can be a place within us where we can rest, reconnect, and find our footing.

The Steady Place is a gentle invitation to discover that inner space.

Through guided meditation and the soothing sounds and vibrations of singing bowls, gong, and chimes, we'll create an opportunity to slow down, soften, and simply be with ourselves exactly as we are.

This event is a heartfelt collaboration between Avon United Church and Bless Your Path, created with the shared intention of making wellness experiences accessible to everyone in our community.

The suggested contribution is $20 for those who are able to pay.

For anyone who would appreciate the gift of attending through a bursary, please know that this option is warmly available. Simply reach out to Pamela.

We believe that opportunities for rest, connection, and caring for ourselves should be available to everyone, regardless of financial circumstances.

There will be time for tea and gentle connection following the sound immersion.

No previous meditation or sound bath experience is necessary.
